A Few Of My Favorite Things!

Thursday, January 7, 2016

This summer I moved into a one bedroom in Ardsley Park. I was so excited to have my own space and of course, to start decorating. Luckily for me, my parents are super thrifty and have the ability to transform any unloved piece into a beautiful new treasure for my home. While they were working hard, I turned to what I do best, shopping! My favorite places, where I found the best deals that not only fit my theme but also my budget were Two Women & a Warehouse, The Mint Green Tag Sale, and Anthropologie. Two Women & a Warehouse is the best place to find repurposed furniture, vintage items, and one-of-a kind artwork. I could spend days looking around in this store and unfortunately for my wallet they not only have two locations in Savannah (Bull Street & Abercorn) but vendors are bringing new products in daily. It's amazing and affordable! The Mint Green Tag Sale is a company that organizes estate sales in the greater Savannah and surrounding areas. If you sign up for their email list you can receive updates on every sale they provide. They also send out pictures of the unique items available so you can easily decide which sale is best for you. I have never left one of their sales empty handed and I can garauntee you won't either. Anthropologie is my guilty pleasure. I convince myself that it is okay to splurge sometimes on a gold polka dot pillow because I only spent $75 on my beautiful cream couch at a Mint Green Tag Sale. And, let's be honest, that gold polka dot pillow is totally worth it!
